These Terms of Service govern your use of  and any order you place through it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

About the seller

Grobytek is an independent French retailer operating from 22 Lotissement Chemin de Mezoargues, 13150 Tarascon, France. We operate  on our own account. Grobytek’s company registration details and VAT identification number, where applicable, are displayed in the website footer and on the legal notice page.

These Terms and our other policies

These Terms should be read together with our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, Privacy Policy, Payment Policy, Contact Us page, and Frequently Asked Questions. Those pages form part of the agreement between you and Grobytek. Where a policy page gives more detail on a specific subject, that detail applies alongside these Terms. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a mandatory provision of French consumer law, the mandatory provision prevails.

Orders and contract formation

The products shown on  are an invitation to purchase, not a binding offer. When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products in your basket. We accept your order when we send the order confirmation email. At that point, a contract is formed between you and Grobytek.

Before accepting an order, we check stock and the information you have provided. If a product is unavailable, if the price shown was clearly incorrect, or if we cannot deliver to the address you entered, we may not be able to accept the order. If we do not accept an order and you have already paid, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method.

Please make sure the information you provide at checkout is accurate, particularly the delivery address, email address, and phone number. We use those details to confirm the order, arrange delivery, and contact you if there is a problem.

Prices, payment, and VAT

All prices on  are shown in euros and include applicable French VAT. The amount charged is the amount shown in the order confirmation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. We do not apply a surcharge for using any accepted payment method. Shipping within mainland France is free, as explained in our Shipping Policy.

If a payment is declined or reversed, the order will not be dispatched. We will contact you at the email address provided at checkout so that you can choose another payment method if you wish.

Delivery

We deliver only within mainland France. Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after the parcel is with the carrier. The carriers we use are Colissimo, Chronopost, and Colis Privé. Returns, refunds, and legal guarantees

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive an item to return it without giving a reason. Return shipping is free, and there is no restocking fee. Once the returned item reaches us, we issue the refund instruction within 1–2 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider then typically needs 7–10 business days to make the funds visible in your account. The full procedure is described in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Separately from the voluntary 14-day return right, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity under French law, which applies for two years from delivery. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

Your use of the website

You may use  for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to interfere with the operation of the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or use it in a way that could damage the website or affect other customers.

The content on , including text, product descriptions, images, and the Grobytek name and logo, belongs to Grobytek or is used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, but you may not reproduce, republish, or use that content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for delivering products that conform to the contract and for providing the services described on this website. We do not exclude or limit our liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under French law.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, 

such as severe weather, carrier disruptions, or public authority action. If such an event occurs, we will contact you to explain the situation and discuss the options available.

Personal data

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. That policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how you can exercise your rights under the GDPR and, where applicable, the CCPA.

Complaints and dispute resolution

If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first at info@grobytek.my or +33611535889. We will try to resolve the issue directly. If we cannot resolve it together, you may contact the consumer mediator whose details we will provide on request. Consumer mediation is free of charge for consumers. You also have the right to bring a claim before the competent French courts.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our operations or in applicable law. The version published on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order. The date at the top of this page shows when these Terms were last updated.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. The invalid provision will be replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to its intended purpose.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under French law.
